美国远程再咨询，患者及家属应了解的事项：
1患者及家属需要提供什么材料？
1、住院病历复印件（包括住院大病历，住院期间的化验、检查报告，病理报告，基因检测报告、治疗记录、手术和/或活检记录及出院小结，可凭患者身份证、住院号在医院病案室复印）。
2、所有影像原片或光盘（包括X线、CT片子、MRI片子、PET-CT片子或光盘、骨扫描等）,影像资料若您没有医院出具的dicom电子版，我们可以把您 提供的胶片用进口医用扫描仪扫成国际通用的DICOM格式电子版。
3、放疗记录（包括开始时间、放疗方式、靶区边界、射线类型，剂量等）。
2远程咨询是否可以指定专家？
可以。一般来说，美国医院会根据患者病情指定适合的专家提供远程咨询。但是患者也可以选定某一特定专家远程咨询，不过咨询等待时间可能会延长。
3远程咨询是由一位还是几位专家提供？
远程咨询一般是由一家医院一个科室的一位专家提供的；也可以多学科远程咨询（如肿瘤内外科或内科、病理、影像）。
4远程咨询开始后，多长时间能拿到咨询结果？
患者材料邮寄、上传至美方系统后，根据患者的远程咨询要求不同，一般1-4周内给出咨询结果。
5远程咨询后美国专家是否可以开药？
国外医生需要见到患者才能开处方，而代购药物也违反中国及美国法律，所以通过远程咨询不能开药。
6如何确认真的是国外顶级医院专家给我提供远程咨询？
远程咨询结束后，我们会提供远程咨询号、远程咨询专家链接和联系方式给患者，患者可以致电给医院国际部直接询问是否曾给此患者提供远程咨询服务。
7远程咨询结果出来后如何实施？
患者可以与国内主诊医生讨论实施方案，或直接出国实施治疗方案。
